EU JRC: The new Africa Knowledge Platform (AKP) is up and running

The platform reflects over 3 decades of EU and JRC work with African partners across the continent, the research outputs, and the key themes of the AU-EU Partnership.

The AKP gives access to data sets, tools, stories.

60 organizations are actively collaborating with the Joint Research Centre (JRC) on it. G&A represents 55% of the programs involved in this collaboration (The PANAP 27%, BIOPAMA 6%, ClimSA 4%)

The development of the platform started with a review performed by JRC in 2017 and called "Science for the AU-EU Partnership - Building Knowledge for Sustainable Development".
