African Union: Press Briefing by H.E. Prof. Mohammed Belhocine new ESTI Commissioner, for the 35th AU Summit

The press conference was held on Tuesday 2 February, at the premises of the African Union as part of the 35th African Summit, with the aim of presenting last development about the Pan African University (PAU), the Pan African Virtual and E-University (PAVEU) and the flagship program dedicated to the outer space.  

The conference was also an opportunity for the press to meet the new Commissioner for Education, Science, Technology and Innovation (ESTI), His Excellency Prof. Mohammed Belhocine.
